Custom Order FAQ — How It Works
Just choose your product, email your design (or describe what you want), and let us know your size, color, and design placement in the order form. We’ll take care of the rest!
Yes! Each listing shows available colors and options. Be sure to include your request in the text box on the product page.
You can upload PNGs, JPGs, PDFs, or SVGs. Not sure? Describe your idea—we’ll work with you!
We’ll review your request, confirm if anything’s unclear, then create your custom piece. You’ll get a shipping update once it’s on the way.
Custom orders usually ship within 8-12 business days after we’ve received all your info. Bulk orders 10+ may require additional processing time.
If you’d like a preview, just ask in the order notes! We’re happy to send one before printing.
If we haven’t started production yet, yes! Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
