By placing an order with Existential Studio, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 6-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Bulk orders may require additional processing time — please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details..

2. Shipping

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

3. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the made-to-order nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at hello@existentialstudio.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

5. Product Variations

Colors, placement, and sizing may slightly vary from screen to physical product due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing processes. We do our best to provide accurate representations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, product designs, and visuals on this website are intended for use by Existential Studio and may not be reproduced, distributed, or copied without permission. Some design elements may incorporate licensed graphics or fonts from third-party resources (e.g., Canva, Creative Fabrica, etc.), used in accordance with their commercial use policies. Final product designs, combinations, and layouts are exclusive to Existential Studio.
